Olga Ornelas

Olga Ornelas, MBA, currently serves as a Business Information Developer Consultant Senior at Elevance Health since January 2025. Prior to this role, Olga worked at UCare from March 2017 to January 2025 as a Senior Data Analyst/Consultant, where recognition included a “CEO Roundtable” award and several “Hats off” awards. Previous positions include Logistics & Operations Supervisor at ActivStyle and Customer Service Representative at Grainger, where Olga received a “Certificate of Excellence Award” for exceptional customer service. Olga's career began at UPS as a Supervisor. Olga holds an MBA from Bethel University, where coursework is ongoing, and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Olga has obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
