Heather Reinhardt Hays, CPB

Heather Reinhardt Hays, CPB has extensive experience in market access and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical industry. Heather'smost recent role is as the Executive Director of Market Access at Elevar Therapeutics, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of US Field Market Access/Cross Functional Teams/Operations/Strategy/Oncology at HUTCHMED from June 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining HUTCHMED, Heather worked at ADC Therapeutics as the Director of US Market Access Launch Lead/Commercial/Project, Product, Process, Planning/Vendors from March 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they played a key role in launching Zynlonta for B-cell Lymphoma, working with national/regional payers and Medicaid in the West Geography.

From November 2017 to March 2020, Heather was the Access Director at Array BioPharma Inc., where they supported the launch of BRAF Metastatic Melanoma and worked with national/regional health plans, PBMs, and pathway companies. Heather also had significant experience working with key national and regional accounts such as Kaiser, Anthem, and Molina Healthcare.

Heather's experience in market access and reimbursement extends to other companies as well. Heather worked as the National Account Manager of Market Access at Puma Biotechnology, Inc. from June 2017 to October 2017, where they launched Neratinib in Extended Adjuvant Breast Cancer. Prior to that, they were the Director of Corporate Accounts at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from May 2016 to April 2017.

Earlier in their career, Heather held various roles at Sanofi, including Access and Reimbursement Manager from September 2013 to March 2016, Regional Training/District Training/Sales from May 2008 to September 2013, and Kaiser Account Manager from April 2007 to May 2008. Heather also gained experience at Amgen as a Senior Sales Representative promoting Enbrel to dermatologists and at Astra Zeneca as a Specialty Sales representative.

Heather began their career in the pharmaceutical industry at ACTELION PHARMACEUTICALS US, INC, where they worked as a Territory Manager/District Training from August 2001 to July 2003. Heather played a key role in launching Tracleer for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and established relationships with key stakeholders such as KOLs, academia, and specialty pharmacies.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in market access strategy, launch planning, and building relationships with key accounts. Heather'sexperience spans various therapeutic areas, including oncology, dermatology, and pulmonary hypertension.

Heather Reinhardt Hays, CPB holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Chico. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Biller from the AAPC in February 2015.
