Role purpose:

LRQA is seeking a passionate, detail oriented/hands on EiQ UX/UI Lead to design and deliver digital experiences to support one of our core growth priorities in the organization.

EiQ UX/UI Lead will be a change agent, you will be championing a customer-centric approach to digital experience strategy and design, and challenge design concepts, assumptions & positions with alternatives based on industry best practices and future trends.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the LRQA’s multi-functional / multi-national teams, includes Advisory Team, Assessment Team, Product Development, Analytics and I.T. teams to drive the planning and development of exceptional digital products that support our program effectiveness vision and enable responsible sourcing excellence for our multi-national clients. This role presents the opportunity to work at a dynamic and fast-growing company, with an experienced global team managing diverse projects, and have a core voice in bringing ELEVATE’s digital solutions to life.

Responsibilities

  • Champion and lead a human-centred design approach to discover, define, ideate, prototype, and test a pipeline of end-to-end user experiences to deliver on our customer and business priorities.

  • Apply data-driven insights and empathetic approach to the design works.

  • Lead the UX design process, work with Product Owner / Product Management Team on user & market research, persona development, user journey mapping and information architecture

  • Conduct user & market research, design workshop (e.g. Design Thinking Workshop) and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, and use insights to inform design decisions.

  • Define & maintain the design guidelines and set global design standard, best practices and standards across the digital team’s output

  • Collaborate with developers and provide wireframes, prototypes, mock-up and digital assets for the teams.

  • Be a guardian of the digital customer experience, working with stakeholders to ensure that we launch experiences which are desirable, feasible and viable.

  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and innovation and identify potential use cases.

  • Build and evolve the tools, processes, and governance frameworks to embed digital best practices

  • Define, manage, and present key success measures to reflect deliverables results.

  • Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years’ experience in digital experience strategy and/or experience design in B2B/B2C domain

  • Strong acumen in digital technologies, frameworks, and development approaches for web and mobile

  • Expertise human-centered experience design, with a focus on digital channels

  • Expertise in user interface and user experience design

  • Excellent understanding of UX principles (research, conceptualization, development, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate design thinking into the product development process

  • Strong understanding on User Research, User Task Flow, Wireframe, Storyboards, Information Architecture and Usability

  • Proficiency in software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, InVision Studio, …etc.

  • Be a change agent. Sensitive to digital and SaaS product market trends with the ability to identify opportunities and drive and implement changes.

  • Energetic, persistent, independent, and creative, highly versatile, and willing to take up new challenges.

  • Think and plan strategically and think out of the box.

  • Previous experience in ESG social compliance audit and/or SaaS products is ideal.

  • Experience in Agile software development with Scrum or other Agile methodologies/frameworks

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organization skills
