Frank Esberg

Frank Esberg is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in creating impactful experiences within the sports and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Senior Experience Designer at Elevate since March 2023, Frank focuses on enhancing brand identities through memorable destinations. As an Environmental Designer at Slate Shepherd since July 2021, Frank develops innovative spaces for high-profile clients. Previous roles include working as a Designer at Dimensional Innovations, where Frank crafted design narratives for major sports teams; a Packaging Designer at Lawrence Paper Company, overseeing production processes and maintaining quality standards; and the Director of Graphic Design at Rock Chalk Revue, where Frank developed comprehensive marketing materials. Frank also gained experience as an Industrial Design Intern at HOK, focusing on stadium-seating solutions. Frank holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from The University of Kansas.
