Crista Geitzenauer, SSM, POPM

Crista Geitzenauer has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with extensive knowledge in card operations and product development. Crista currently serves as the Senior Director of Card Operations at Elevate.inc, where they lead card strategy and FinOps. Prior to this, Crista worked at HealthEquity as a Scrum Master from 2019 to 2021. Crista also held various roles at WageWorks, including Scrum Master, Director of Product Development, Director of Card & Fulfillment Services, Manager of Card Operations, and Project Manager. Crista began their career at Bank of America, where they served as VP, Senior Implementation Consultant, AVP, Corporate Account Manager, Commercial Card Operations Analyst/Team Lead, Internal Auditor, and Operations Specialist. Throughout their career, Crista has demonstrated a passion for creating consumer-directed benefits that are easy to use and understand.

Crista Geitzenauer earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Crista later obtained additional certifications including the Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) and the Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master (SSM) from the Scaled Agile Framework Certification Training. Crista obtained their Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager certification in June 2020 and their Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master certification in February 2020.
