Director Of Customer Success at Elevate K-12

Ashley Goolsby has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Ashley began their career in 2009 as an Urban Education Leadership Intern for the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS). After that, they worked as an Analyst in DCPS before moving on to Wake County Public Schools in 2011. At Wake County Public Schools, they held various roles, including Creator/Coordinator of the Leaders4Wake Internship Program and Special Advisor to the Superintendent. In 2013, Ashley joined the North Carolina Department of Transportation as the Director of Education Initiatives and later became the Special Advisor to the NC Secretary of Transportation. In 2016, they transitioned to Discovery Education as a National Partnerships Consultant, and in 2018, they became the Director of Customer Success at Elevate K-12. Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated a passion for creating high-quality teaching and learning opportunities for teachers and students, with a particular focus on providing equal opportunities and support for all students, regardless of their location.

Ashley Goolsby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from Bennett College in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Urban Education at The Johns Hopkins University.
