Jason O'Day

Jason O'Day has extensive experience in recruiting and talent management. Jason is currently the Senior Director of Recruiting Operations and Teacher Growth at Elevate K-12, where they lead a high volume Contingent Workforce recruiting function. Prior to this, they founded and managed MI Holdings, LLC, a real estate investment firm. Jason also founded and grew JTO & Associates, a consulting practice for executive search and recruitment advisory. Jason has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Director of Recruiting at kite, Director of Sales Recruiting & Principal at Newfront Insurance, and Senior Sales Recruiter at HUB International. Jason started their career at Kaye/Bassman International, where they built and managed the west coast presence for the executive search firm. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in establishing scalable processes, developing high-performing teams, and driving organic business growth.

Jason O'Day earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in General Management & Sales Marketing from Grand Valley State University. In addition, they obtained certifications in "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit" from LinkedIn and "Certified Professional Resume Writer" from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches in 2021 and 2014, respectively.
