Will Salter

Will Salter has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Will is currently enrolled in the Leadership Development Program at Freedom Mortgage since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Elevate Sports Ventures starting from February 2020. Will also pursued an MBA from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from August 2018 to May 2020.

Before pursuing their MBA, Will worked as an MBA Analyst in Asset Management and Underwriting at Medical Properties Trust, Inc. for a brief period from June 2019 to August 2019. Will also gained experience as a Market Analyst at Opendoor from April 2018 to July 2018.

Prior to their MBA, Will worked at SunTrust as an Investment Analyst at GenSpring Family Offices from March 2017 to March 2018 and as a Family Services Coordinator from July 2016 to February 2017. Additionally, they served as a Sales Engineer at E Solutions for Buildings from May 2014 to July 2016.

Will's earlier experiences include working as an Advanced Quality Engineer at Rheem Manufacturing from June 2013 to April 2014, and completing internships in Finance and Engineering at ALPLA Group from May 2012 to July 2012.

Will Salter completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Auburn University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Samford University in 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2018 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Applied Excel certificate from Training The Street in March 2020 and an OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in November 2011.
