Charles Tseng

Charles Tseng has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and technology. Charles began their career in 1996 at Northrop Grumman as a Software Consultant, where they innovated a hyper light footprint operating system and efficient digital filtering. In 1998, they moved to Sophisticated Technologies as a Lead Software Engineer, where they designed, developed, and led engineers to complete projects for various companies. In 2000, they co-founded and developed the Real Time Trading Game Platform, which allowed for real time execution of simulated trading of stocks, commodities and futures. In 2004, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Realtor.com, where they were a direct report to various executives and spearheaded many high stakes projects. In 2008, they joined Zumbox, Inc. as an Engineering Team Lead and Principal Engineer, where they were the worldwide technology leader in digital postal mail. In 2014, they co-founded and became the CTO of REX - Real Estate Exchange Inc, a full service brokerage that sells homes for a 2% total fee. In 2018, they became the CTO of Embello and SteadyMD, an early-stage healthcare startup focused on a new approach to Primary Care. In 2019, they became the CTO of Frame, a mental wellness network offering a multi-dimensional approach to therapy, and the Co-Founder and CTO of ELEV^TE.

Charles Tseng graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2002 with a Bachelor Of Science in Computer Science.
