Kara Ratliff, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Operations-Texas at Elevated Kids since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kara was the Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Action Behavior Centers from June 2017 to January 2024. Additional experience includes serving as a Clinical Supervisor at First Leap: Pediatric Therapy, an ABA Therapist at Building BLOCS, and a graduate student at Texas State University's CARES Clinic for Autism, where extensive study and practical work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders were conducted. Earlier positions also include Service Coordinator at Austin Travis County MHMR and Assistant Site Lead at the YMCA of Austin. Kara holds a Master's Degree in Autism/Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. Edward's University.

Elevated Kids is a BCBA-owned company that specializes in a naturalistic, play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for toddlers and young children (ages 0-8) diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delays. This evidence-based approach to ABA is called Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) and is considered best practice for young children diagnosed with Autism, combining the principles of both ABA and developmental science to support a range of areas in child development, with the hallmark of the intervention focused on parent coaching.
