Will Alger

Willis Alger is an experienced IT and warehouse operations professional currently serving as the Director of IT & Warehouse Operations at WAVE since January 2022, overseeing various aspects of warehouse management. Alger has also taken on the role of Game Day Audio Engineer for Charlotte FC since August 2024 and serves as FOH Audio Engineer at Elevation Church since June 2022. Previously, Alger held the position of Director of Technology at The Journey, where leadership and growth of multiple teams and AVL upgrades were significant contributions. Prior experience includes Technology Service Delivery Manager at Citi, Systems Analyst at Diamond Technologies, and various technical support roles at Advance Services, Inc. and WSFS Bank. Alger holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Network Security from Wilmington University and has a background in Computer & Network Engineering from Delaware Technical Community College.
