Leigh Farris

Leigh Farris has a strong background in research and development, with experience in various senior positions in the personal care and consumer goods industries. They are currently the Director of Research & Development, Regulatory, and Quality at Elevation Labs. Prior to that, Leigh worked as the Director of Research & Development at Elevation Labs and held the role of Senior R&D Manager at Mary Kay Global. They have also worked at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Scientist and Scientist, and at DNA Diagnostic Center as an Assistant Laboratory Director. Leigh's expertise lies in ensuring the stability and quality of personal care products, sustainable preservation, packaging, and predictive methodology.

Leigh Farris has a strong educational background in the field of science. Leigh obtained their Ph.D. in Microbiology from Purdue University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned their M.S. in Molecular Sciences from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center, where they attended from 2000 to 2004. Leigh Farris began their academic journey by completing their B.S. in Biochemistry at Mississippi State University from 1996 to 2000.
