Blyden Nartey

As the Administrative Assistant at Elevation Ten Thousand, Blyden Nartey aims to ensure the office is efficient on a multitude of levels, whether it’s implementing a better system or ways to report on KPIs. His attention to detail helps each department stay on track and continue to produce the quality of work their clients have come to expect.

In his professional and personal life, Nartey is inspired by constant growth, knowing that there aren’t limits on ways he can do things better. There are always ways to improve systems, and he will find the necessary solution.

Although his educational background is in physics, if he wasn’t working as an administrative assistant, Nartey says he would be a content creator of some kind, whether a vlogger or an influencer. He feels these avenues are the main way that would allow him to make a positive impact a large group of people.

When he isn’t at work or trying to set a new personal record at the gym, Nartey enjoys reading (“Meditations” by Marcus Aurelius is a favorite), playing basketball, and boxing. But if he’s choosing the unwind at the end of the day, Nartey would opt for a movie (particularly Marvel’s Endgame) or watching the LA Lakers.

Although he has a lot of goals in life, one item he’d like to master is playing the saxophone. And truthfully, we’d love to see that as well!
