Kathleen Hoxworth

Kathleen Hoxworth has a strong background in human resources, talent strategy, and internal communications. Kathleen has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Internal Communications and Talent Strategy at Elevations Credit Union, Director of Talent and Culture at CoorsTek, Inc., and Director of HR Strategy & Performance at Xcel Energy. Kathleen has a track record of implementing successful initiatives and driving employee engagement, such as introducing comprehensive strategic approaches to internal communications, implementing new talent management software, and leading global adoption of Workday. Prior to their HR roles, they also gained experience in change management, project management, and customer account management at Level 3 Communications. Kathleen's diverse experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in creating positive organizational change and promoting a strong company culture.

Kathleen Hoxworth, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Production Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Kathleen also pursued an MBA at the University of Colorado Denver from 2003 to 2005, but the degree is currently on hold. In addition to their educational background, Kathleen has earned certifications in Change Management from Prosci in 2011 and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in 2021.
