Raul Guerra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Raul began their career in the federal government as a Captain in the United States Air Force, holding various positions in operations, finance, and logistics. In 1981, they transitioned to Hewlett-Packard, where they worked as a Services Sales Representative and later as a Professional Services Consultant. After leaving Hewlett-Packard in 2005, they joined Source Direct as the Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for sales goal achievement and services portfolio development.
