Sangeetha Gnaanaprakash

Sangeetha Gnaanaprakash has a diverse work experience spanning over more than a decade. Sangeetha started their career as a Customer Support Executive in an International BPO from 2006 to 2010. Later, they worked as an HR Executive at SAADHVI TECHNOLOGY, where they were responsible for payroll operations, recruitment activities, and on-boarding processes from 2013 to 2015. Sangeetha then joined Impiger Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Executive-Human Resources, where they handled various HR support functions, recruitment activities, and talent management from 2015 to 2017. Sangeetha then moved to Bijlipay as a Senior Executive-HR, where they executed HR strategies, drafted and implemented policies, and performed employee handbook reviews from 2018 to 2019. Sangeetha took a career break for maternity leave during this time and worked as a freelancer/part-time recruiter. Currently, Sangeetha is working at Eleviant Tech as a Human Resources Specialist and has recently been promoted to the position of Lead - Human Resources, starting in February 2023.

Sangeetha Gnaanaprakash completed a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree in Computer Application from the University of Madras in 2011. Sangeetha then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration, which was completed by 2020. Currently, they are enrolled in the Executive Programme in HR Analytics (EPHRA) at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, with an expected completion date in 2023.
