Steven Burns is an experienced Management Consultant and Public Policy Consultant with strong analytic and research skills, and a successful track record advising a diverse global clientele on an extensive range of Management and Public Policy issues. Throughout his career Steven has demonstrated the ability to quickly master a wide range of subject matter and concisely present expert analysis in a familiar manner to all levels of the business community.

Steven honed his exceptional written and oral communications skills during 15 plus years in client facing roles at Elevondata and other boutique economic consulting firms where he excelled in gathering requirements, synthesizing complex issues, and delivering legal documents and presentation materials for senior management, senior elected officials, policymakers, academics, and public audiences.

During a multi-year engagement with the Government of Bermuda and the Bermuda Regulatory Authority Steven played a primary role in both developing and implementing the strategies to reform the legal, regulatory, and business landscape of Bermuda’s $250M/year communications industry.

At Elevondata, Steven is focused on ensuring customer success and works on Elevondata’s internal strategic growth initiatives.
