Ryan Ronan, LSSMBB, has held two positions in their professional career. Ryan began their career in 2015 as a Petty Officer First Class with the US Navy. In 2022, they transitioned to Elgia, Inc. as a Program Manager.

Ryan Ronan has a diverse educational background. In 2017, they completed an Associate of Arts - AA in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Ryan continued their studies at the same institution and in 2021, they obtained an A.A. in General Studies. Currently, they are working towards a Bachelor of Arts - BA in General Studies with a Management concentration at Southern Connecticut State University, which they expect to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt from Star 6 Sigma Global Academy in 2022, a Remote Worker Professional Certification from CertiProf in 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Veterans Transition Support in 2021.
