Michael Henke

Michael Henke has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Michael started their career at Amway as a Material Planner in 2011. Michael then moved on to Chromalox, where they held various roles including Master Production Scheduler, Operations Supervisor, and International Manufacturing Consultant. In 2015, Michael worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they played a crucial role in coordinating on-time delivery and increasing stocking fill and system fill rate. Michael joined DESTACO as a Master Production Scheduler in 2016, and then transitioned to Bridgestone as the Manager of Materials and Casing Inventory Control. In 2018, Michael took a break to travel the world before joining Rexnord Aerospace as the Production Planning Manager and later the Seal Operations Manager. Currently, they are working at Elgin Fastener Group, where they have held roles as Plant Manager, Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations. Overall, Michael's work experience showcases their expertise in supply chain management, production planning, and operations.

Michael Henke completed their high school education at Edwardsburg High School from 2002 to 2006, where they received their High School Diploma with a focus in Business. Michael then pursued higher education at Grand Valley State University from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing - Distribution and Logistics.
