Oksana Pelard

Oksana Pelard is a Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience in software technology implementation. At Elgin White, Oksana is currently working on the Vanguard project, focusing on ETF software product refactor and continuous software development in an Agile environment. Prior to this, Oksana has held various roles at companies like Franklin Templeton Investments, Pettinelli Financial Partners, and Crown Financial Solutions, Inc. Oksana holds an MBA from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Komi State Pedagogical Institute (KGPI).
