Ziyuan Wang is a Postdoctoral Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company since July 2025. Previously, Ziyuan served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh from August 2021 to July 2025, where research focused on the associations between complement proteins and cardiovascular disease measures and hormone therapy use concerning cardiovascular outcomes. Ziyuan also collaborated on creating a cardiovascular health metric for women's heart health and prepared manuscripts for submission. An internship in Pharmacoepidemiology at Regeneron in 2024 involved literature reviews and real-world data analysis. Earlier experiences include research at Fred Hutch investigating HIV risk factors and development of genetic protocols at the University of Minnesota. Ziyuan holds a Doctor’s Degree in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master's degree in Biostatistics from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from the University of Minnesota.
