Chris Theisen

Chris Theisen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Chris is currently working as an API Development Manager at Dish Wireless since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Principal Product Owner at Eliassen Group on a contract with Dish Networks starting from March 2021.

Before joining Dish Wireless, Chris worked at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone as a Solutions Architect/Systems Analyst from March 2019 to December 2020. During their time there, they played a significant role in projects such as the Eero Re-use project and the Billing Simplification project, which resulted in improved operational efficiency and cost savings for the company.

From 2015 to 2019, Chris worked at Level 3 Communications as a Solutions Architect, where they provided solutions for corporate initiatives and led the delivery of technology-based solutions. Chris also worked as a Agile Partner Product Owner at CenturyLink Communications from 2012 to 2015, implementing important features and acting as a central point of product leadership.

Prior to that, Chris held roles such as Senior Project Manager at Nelnet, Lead Systems Analyst at Qwest Communications, Project Integration Manager at Lockheed Martin, and Project Manager/Solutions Business Analyst at Level 3 Communications. Chris has a diverse range of experience in managing projects, implementing new technologies, and leading teams.

In 2007, Chris also served as a BSA Team Lead at McKesson Healthcare, overseeing the business system analyst team and contributing to the development of the Medical Management Platform project.

Chris Theisen attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management with a Systems Development Emphasis. Chris has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in 2017 and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in 2018, both from Scrum Alliance. In addition, they have completed courses such as "Cloud Architecture: Advanced Concepts" in 2021 and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" in 2020, both from LinkedIn.
