Scott Devlin has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Scott started their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2001. Scott then worked as a Student Staff Supervisor/Housing Assignment Manager at the University of Massachusetts Housing Assignment, where they supervised a staff of 15 and was responsible for housing assignments for over 10,000 students.

Scott then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Boston, where they held various roles such as Assistant Branch Rental Manager, Branch Rental Manager, and Area Rental Manager. Scott achieved significant rent growth during their tenure and supervised and trained a staff of 25+ employees.

Following their time at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Scott worked as a Sales Manager at Figureseven Inc, where they were responsible for developing and delivering presentations to key decision-makers. Scott also initiated the redevelopment of the sales system and achieved a 22% profit growth in the first quarter.

Scott then joined Randstad as a Branch Manager, and later moved to Oxford & Associates as a Branch Manager/Business Development Lead. In this role, they managed the P&L reporting functions, developed yearly budgets, and tracked gross margin rates. Scott also developed a fill strategy that met client needs and worked on recruiting, selecting, and prequalifying consultants.

Currently, Scott is working at Eliassen Group as a Director of Client Partnerships. Scott previously held the role of Principal Client Services Manager, where they focused on developing strategic life sciences consulting solutions for clients.
