Shankar S.

Shankar S. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shankar started their career as an Assistant Systems Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked on various projects for clients such as SHARAC, GE, ICICI Bank, NSDL, CDSL, and NASD. Shankar then joined Hewellet Packerd as an IT Information Specialist. Shankar S. later worked at Marlabs Inc., where they served as an IT Technical Consultant and gained experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing projects. Shankar then joined GCS as the President and IT Agile Project Manager, overseeing the technical life cycle project management for web portal development. Shankar S. also worked at FINRA as an IT Technical Consultant, specializing in finance, mortgage, insurance, and banking. Prior to their current role as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Eliassen Group, Shankar S. worked at RiskSpan as the Director of Enterprise Solutions & Technical Delivery, where they played a vital role in executing and delivering large-scale projects for fortune 500 companies.

Shankar S. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Tech degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in the years 1997-1999. In addition, Shankar has obtained several certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB), PMP (Project Management Professional), Toastmasters Leadership & Communication, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in various years.
