Logesh Gandhi

Logesh Gandhi is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Elior India since April 2022. Prior to this role, Logesh spent over six years at ITC Hotels, advancing from Management Trainee to Sous Chef, where responsibilities included overseeing the Dakshin, a South Indian specialty restaurant. Logesh gained initial experience as a Junior Sous Chef at Sheraton New Delhi Hotel for a brief period and completed an internship at Taj Hotels. Logesh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management Kolkata.
