Frank Shields is currently the President Americas at Elios Vision, with extensive experience in commercializing novel medical devices and procedures. Previously, Frank held positions such as Vice President Sales at Ivantis, Inc. and Vice President Worldwide Sales at ReVision Optics, Inc. Frank has also worked at Bausch + Lomb Surgical and Chiron Corporation, showcasing their expertise in the medical device industry. With a degree in Advertising from the University of Florida, Frank has a strong background in building successful sales and marketing organizations.
