Felicia Crawson

Felicia Crawson has extensive experience in community support and program management within the human services sector, currently serving as a Community Support Case Manager and Program Manager at Eliot Community Human Services since August 2016. In addition, Felicia has held the position of Assistant Director and Activities Assistant at Co-Operative Elder Services since March 2013. Previous roles include Assistant Program Director at North American Family Institute, Inc. and HHA at Commonwealth Nursing, where responsibilities encompassed assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs). Felicia also has experience in operational roles, including Operations Supervisor at Moms and Jobs and various service-oriented positions. Felicia's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Fashion Design from Bay State College and a high school diploma from Lowell High.
