Carnell Moncrief

Carnell Moncrief is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and management. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at ELIQUENT Life Sciences since January 2024, Carnell previously held similar roles at Validant and Newport Group, where responsibilities included managing accounting operations, preparing consolidated financials, and overseeing annual audits. With a career spanning over 16 years, Carnell has also worked in various capacities at KQED, Verisight, Inc., and other companies, focusing on month-end closes, budget analysis, and policy development. Carnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cal State East Bay, which was completed in 1999.
