Kaido Somera

Kaido Somera's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Kaido started their career as an IT manager and IT teacher at Tallinna 32. Keskkool from 1995 to 2002. Kaido then worked as an IT manager at AS Assotrans for a brief period in 1995. Kaido joined the Bank of Estonia in 2003 and held positions as an IT manager and NCC and IT manager until 2008. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Business Analyst at the European Central Bank. Kaido returned to the European Central Bank in 2008 as a Business Analyst until 2010. Kaido then worked at NORTAL as a System Analyst and Project Manager from 2011 to 2014. Kaido joined Elisa as a Business Analyst in 2014 and later became a Technical Product Owner. Their roles at Elisa also included being a Technical Product Owner and Project Manager. Currently, Kaido works at Elisa Eesti AS as a Software Developer.

Kaido Somera completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering at TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's degree in Organizational Behaviour at Tallinna ülikool from 2000 to 2007. In the earlier years of their education, Kaido Somera obtained a Diploma in Computer and system engineering from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, where they studied from 1992 to 1999.
