Marko Laanes

Marko Laanes has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Marko is currently the Head of Marketing, New Services at Elisa Eesti AS since November 2021. Prior to this, from June 2017 to November 2021, they were the owner of PlanConsult OÜ, a consulting company specializing in digital marketing and global business development.

From September 2019 to June 2021, Marko worked as a Marketing Manager at Eziil Production Intelligence. Marko also gained experience as a Senior Sales Development Representative at Jobbatical from August 2017 to July 2019.

Furthermore, Marko served as a Training and Development Consultant at Aeternum Koolitus ja Konsultatsioonid from August 2017 to July 2018, where they assisted companies and HR leaders in developing their teams through training programs.

Prior to these roles, Marko worked as a Project Manager at PB Dialoog OÜ from April 2015 to June 2017.

Marko Laanes completed their Bachelor's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching at Tallinn University from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their university education, they obtained two certifications from Eziil Production Intelligence. These certifications include Eziil online MasterClass, Level 2, which they obtained in August 2020, and Eziili online MasterClass, which they obtained in July 2020.
