Sigmar Muuga

Sigmar Muuga has a diverse work experience in the fields of software engineering, DJing, and IT administration. Sigmar is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Elisa Eesti AS since September 2020. Previously, they worked at Xolo as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2020 to August 2020. Sigmar has also worked as a Co-founder and Java engineer at Margn LLC from August 2011 to January 2020, and as a Sales Engineer at ZeroTurnaround from September 2012 to March 2016. Additionally, Sigmar has experience as an IT System Administrator at Tartu International School from April 2006 to December 2014, an Android Developer at Mobi Solutions from March 2010 to September 2012, and a Database Developer at Webmedia. Sigmar has also worked as a PHP Developer at Baltic Defence College from August 2005 to April 2006.

Sigmar Muuga received their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Tartu, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued the first stage of higher education in IT Systems Development at the Estonian Information Technology College from 2008 to 2011. In 2005, they completed their studies in Computer Networks at the Tartu Vocational Education Centre. Sigmar Muuga began their educational journey at the Tartu Secondary School of Business, where they focused on Economics from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Sigmar Muuga obtained the Sun Certified Java Programmer (Java 1.5) certification from Sun Microsystems in August 2008.
