David Winther

David Winther has worked in the entertainment industry for over a decade. David began their career in 2010 as Director of Business Development at Talent Resources, where they worked closely with creative music and performer talent. In 2011, they took on the role of Assistant Music Artist Manager at The Artists Organization and Junior Celebrity Talent Agent at Endeavor. In 2014, they became a Music Talent Agent at United Talent Agency and a Music Celebrity Talent Agent at The Agency Group. In 2017, they were Global Head of Business Development at H.W. Projects/TWA, and Senior Freelance Consultant for VP of Celebrity Talent and Experiential at We Are BMF. Most recently, in 2020, they became Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at falkon, and in 2022 they assumed the role of Global Partnerships Director at Elite World Group. Throughout their career, they have managed global social operations, led campaign initiatives, overseen content production, and generated analytics reports. David has also led teams of high-performing Account Execs and built and executed strategies to grow commercial and strategic relationships.

David Winther obtained a BA in Political Science and Film Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelors of Arts in Film and Television Production from Emerson College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Creating Your Personal Brand from LinkedIn in August 2018 and a certification in Open Water Diver from PADI in November 2008.
