Marly Graubard has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Marly began their career in 1998 as the Director of European Fashion and Beauty at Condé Nast Publications. In 2007, they moved to Condé Nast as the Director of Fashion Advertising. In 2009, they were promoted to Executive Director of European Fashion/Luxury/Beauty at The New Yorker. In 2013, they moved to W Magazine as the Executive Director of Fashion and Beauty. In 2015, they joined Marie Claire as the Director of International Fashion/Luxury. In 2019, they became the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Full Picture. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of Global Sales at NMG Network. In 2022, they joined Elite World Group as the Global Partnerships and Sales Director, and also became the Salesperson for The Los Angeles Times in the Beauty, Travel and Gaming categories.

Marly Graubard's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Communications from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, which they obtained in 1990. Marly also holds a Strategy Execution Certification from Harvard Business School Online, which they obtained in 2021 under Professor Robert Simons.
