Rupa Patel

Rupa Patel has extensive work experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in strategic planning, budget management, and project execution. Rupa has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Most recently, Rupa served as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Elixir Medical Corporation starting in 2023.

Before that, they were the Head of Finance North America and Regional CFO at Santen Pharmaceutical from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they led the finance function for North America and successfully implemented the Finance Module of SAP S/4 Hana.

From 2021 to 2022, Rupa worked as the Controller/Senior Director of Finance at FARAPULSE, Inc. where they led the company's finance, FP&A, and accounting transformation, as well as handled all financial matters during the company's acquisition.

Prior to this, Rupa had a long tenure at Boston Scientific, where they held several positions including Director of Finance - Franchise CFO, Director of Finance - Plant Controller, Sr Finance Manager, Director - Finance Manager, Director of Finance - Plant Controller, Finance Manager II, Accounting Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for financial planning, budget management, new product launches, due diligence reviews, and integration of acquisitions.

Rupa Patel earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with Honors from Brock University between 1990 and 1994.
