Denise Cotton is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Elixir Technologies since September 2017, Denise has successfully built a high-performing HR team and redefined the company's vision and values. Previous roles include Global Senior Director and Human Resources Manager at Herr Foods Inc., where Denise digitized the benefits program, and Lead Associate and Wine Club Manager at Paradocx Vineyard LLC, enhancing customer experience.
