Faun O'Neel

Faun O'Neel is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director at Warfighter Overwatch and the Business Owner of Kinetic Ink Tattoo Company since November 2020 and May 2021, respectively. O'Neel has been a Fellow at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation since 2015, advocating for caregivers at high levels of leadership. Additionally, O'Neel has served as a Caregiver Mentor at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since 2014, providing support and guidance to caregivers. Previous roles include Special Programs Manager at The Independence Fund, where O'Neel managed a Family Retreat Program, and Caregiver Program Manager at Yellow Ribbon Fund, developing programs for caregivers of severely wounded veterans. O'Neel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from California State University, Chico.
