Gaetano Santoro has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Gaetano began their career as a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Ramos Gartner Inc in 1992, where they conducted screening and interviews for various positions and developed a network of corporate accounts. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Neiman Marcus, managing recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining strong ties with managers. Gaetano then served as a Human Resources Manager at RSG (Architects/Engineers) from 2001 to 2005, where they managed recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and developed company policies. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Rai Corporation, overseeing employee relations, compliance, and organizational development efforts. Finally, they worked as a Sr. Human Resources Manager at Elizabeth Seton Children's from 2006 onwards, where they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and budget planning.
Gaetano Santoro has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from CUNY. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Italian and Political Science at Herbert Lehman College.
