Erik Fjeldstad

Erik Fjeldstad has extensive experience in IT security and management, currently serving as Deputy IT Security Manager and Security Manager at Elkem ASA since February 2012, after prior roles as Senior Consultant. Between February 2008 and February 2012, Erik Fjeldstad was Operations Manager at Orkla Shared Services AS. Erik also served as CISO at Elkem ASA from 2005 to 2007 and worked as a Senior Consultant at Secode from 1999 to 2005. From 1997 to 1999, Erik Fjeldstad was part of the Security Staff at Norwegian Defence HQ and had a long tenure as an Army Officer with the Norwegian Defence from 1986 to 1999. Erik Fjeldstad holds a Cand.Scient degree in Informatikk from the University of Oslo, complemented by education from The Norwegian Military Academy in 1991.
