Tina Mott is an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in product design and engineering management, currently serving at Elkhart Brass Mfg. Co., Inc. since August 2003, first as a Project Design Engineer and now as a Mechanical Engineer and PDM Administrator. Tina has expertise in coordinating project activities, providing cross-departmental support, and ensuring product reliability. Prior experience includes roles at Dana Corporation and Rockwell Automation, where Tina managed product designs, facilitated quality planning, and optimized engineering processes. Tina holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology and an AS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, along with an AS in Computer Science from St. Joseph's College (IN). Additionally, Tina is recognized as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
