Carolyn Lesperance

Carolyn Lesperance has extensive experience in education, currently serving as School Principal at Elkhart Community Schools since July 2007, after previously holding the role of Assistant Principal. Carolyn has a strong background in K-6 education, with responsibilities that include evaluating teaching staff, creating testing schedules, and ensuring testing security. Additionally, Carolyn worked as an 8th grade Family and Consumer Science Teacher from 2007 to 2013, where hands-on and cross-curricular lessons focused on life skills were developed. Prior experience includes working as a lifeguard at Huron Clinton Metropolitan Authority from May 2003 to August 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Western Michigan University and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Ball State University.
