Dan Cripe

Dan Cripe is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Myers | Elkhart Plastics since October 2022, Dan previously held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Welbilt Inc. from January 2013 to October 2022. Prior roles include Process Improvement Engineer at Quaker Oats, Mfg. Engineer at North American Lighting, and Manufacturing Engineer at Manitowoc Foodservice Co. Ltd. Dan began a career in manufacturing engineering at Freudenberg-NOK and KMC Controls, where foundational skills were developed. Dan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne, earned between 1985 and 1988.
