Joe Headdy

Joe Headdy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joe started their career in the US Army, where they gained experience in training and deployment. Joe then moved on to work at Masco Corporation as a Production Supervisor and later joined Arvin Meritor Automotive Inc as a Supervisor/Manager. Joe further expanded their career at Ford Motor Company, holding various progressive management positions across the US and Canada, focusing on machining facilities, vehicle assembly, and quality operating systems. After leaving Ford, Joe worked at Zekelman Industries as a Corporate Director for Continuous Improvement. Joe then joined Kaiser Aluminum as a Corporate Manager, leading improvement activities across fabrication sites. Afterwards, they served as the Corporate Director of Operational Excellence for A.J. Oster, a part of GBC Holdings, Inc. Joe also worked for Wieland Group, first as a Corporate Director of Operational Excellence and later as a Site Manager/General Manager. Currently, Joe is the Chief Operating Officer at Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial. In their most recent role, they served as the President of the company and was previously responsible for the general management of ETI's locations in Indiana, Canada, and Tennessee. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in P&L responsibility, strategy deployment, change management, EBITDA growth, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence.

Joe Headdy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University.
