Sarah Victor has a diverse and extensive work experience in the entertainment industry. Sarah began their career as an Agent in Training Program at United Talent Agency, where they gained experience in talent representation and deal negotiation. Sarah then progressed to become a Talent Agent, working closely with clients on career development and actively pursuing packaging opportunities. Sarah also managed relationships with various studios and recruited new clients through industry connections. Sarah subsequently joined Weston Pictures as the VP of Development, collaborating with industry networks and Paramount executives to develop and oversee projects. Following that, they served as the Head of Film & Television Development & Production at Unique Features, where they analyzed market trends, identified commercial opportunities, and managed a pipeline of saleable properties. Sarah then transitioned to Ellation, where they held the position of Head of Content Development, overseeing the development of Crunchyroll and VRV. Currently, they are the Head of Development at Crunchyroll.

Sarah Victor received their high school education from The International School Nido de Aguilas from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2002, they attended the University of Southern California and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema-Television. In 1999 to 2000, they also studied at USP - Universidade de São Paulo in Sao Paulo, Brazil, although their field of study during that time is not specified.
