Brad Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Brad began their career with PepsiCo - Frito Lay in 2006 as a District Sales Leader and progressed to the role of Sales Senior Zone Supervisor. In 2010, they briefly served as the Safety Staffing Leader before returning to a leadership role as the District Sales Leader until 2013.
Following their tenure at PepsiCo, Brad joined KIND in 2013 as the Mid-Atlantic District Sales Manager. Brad later assumed the role of Key Account Manager before becoming the National Account Manager in 2016. Brad's responsibilities expanded further when they took on the position of Director of Sales, leading the Key Account Team responsible for regional grocery accounts in the Eastern half of the U.S. Brad successfully achieved sales objectives, managed trade funds, and developed account plans and brand strategies to drive sales growth in the Eastern regional accounts.
Continuing their career progression, Brad joined Ellenos in 2020 as the Director of Sales, East. In this role, they played a pivotal role in driving sales and managing the sales team. In 2022, Brad was promoted to the position of VP of Sales, East, where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership to the company.
Brad Johnson earned their Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Radford University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in October 2020.
