Leon Tang

Leon Tang, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment accounting and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Manager SIV at Ellerston Capital since November 2021, Leon previously held the role of Senior Manager Investment Accounting & Tax at IAG from July 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing investment accounting and taxation activities. Earlier roles include Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where leadership of a fund accounting team was pivotal, and Associate Director Investment Reporting at National Australia Bank, managing investment reporting for substantial assets. Prior experience encompasses positions at JLL, MLC Limited, State Street, and Commercial Nominees of Australia, showcasing a diverse skill set in fund accounting, operational risk, and market research. Leon holds a Master’s Degree in Business in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Southeast University.
