Heather Pollack

Heather Pollack's work experience begins in 2000 as a Fifth Grade Teacher for Houston ISD, where they taught both self-contained and departmentalized classes for seven years. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Instructional Coordinator, supervising teachers and participating in committee decisions. From 2008 to 2013, Pollack worked as a Design Specialist, providing professional development and mentoring teachers. Heather also served as an Assistant Principal/Principal Interim from 2013 to 2016.

In 2010, Pollack joined TNTP as an Educational Consultant, delivering professional development and consulting for various educational projects. Heather continued this role until 2015.

Pollack then returned to Houston ISD in 2016, initially serving as a Senior Training Solutions Manager, responsible for training and development initiatives. Heather later became an Engagement Director and then a Partner Success Director. Since May 2021, Pollack holds the position of Manager, Product Support at Ellevation Education.

Heather Pollack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Houston between 1993 and 1997. Heather continued their education at Lamar University, where they obtained a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from 2008 to 2010.
