Michael Barnes

Michael Barnes has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Michael currently holds the position of VP of Financial Operations at Ellevest since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of PWM Product Strategy at Ellevest from June to November 2022. Before joining Ellevest, Michael was a Principal in Business Consulting at EPAM Systems from October 2020 to May 2022. Michael also served as the SVP and Head of Operations at Lenox Wealth Advisors from April 2018 to October 2020, and as the VP and Head of Operations at Lenox Advisors from December 2014 to April 2018. Michael gained valuable experience at Neuberger Berman, where they held various roles including Vice President in the Intermediary Account Administration Group from June 2010 to December 2014, Manager in Asset Management Guideline Oversight from December 2007 to June 2010, and Associate in Asset Management Business Control from March 2006 to December 2007.
