Gustav Fredricson

Gustav Fredricson has diverse work experience in customer experience and process ownership. Gustav worked at Ellevio AB as a CX Lead and Process Owner from September 2019 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Klarna in various roles, including Team Manager, Team Leader, Education and Quality coordinator, and Merchant Support. Gustav'stenure at Klarna spanned from September 2012 to November 2015.

Gustav Fredricson attended Södertörn University from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) degree in Talkommunikation och retorik.
