Debra Kremblas is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial leasing and board governance. Since May 2015, Debra has served as a member of the Board of Directors for NYSCAR, representing Ellicott Development Corporation, a leading developer in Western New York. As a licensed New York State real estate salesperson and commercial leasing specialist at Ellicott Development Company, Debra leverages an impressive portfolio of properties to meet tenant needs across New York State and Pennsylvania. Previously, Debra held significant roles within various organizations, including serving on the Executive Committee of the NAIOP South Florida Chapter and as a board member for the American Red Cross – Broward County Chapter. Leadership experiences include multiple terms as Chapter President for CREW Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach and Executive Vice President at Procacci Development Corporation.
