Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien has a vast experience in project management and property management, having worked at Ellicott Development Company since 2014. Prior to that, Tim was a project manager at Bohler Engineering and held various roles at BL Companies, including Director of Albany Operations and Manager of Poughkeepsie Operations. Throughout their career, Tim has gained extensive knowledge of the development process and has worked on various projects in the real estate industry.
